I've never gotten that far, but are the bosses you can draw missed GFs from red? Missing GFs isn't always a mistake, but you can fix that by drawing them later. I dunno :/

Damn I thought I got it there but then realised that it was a story based mistake

. (I was thinking about Irvine not shooting edea then the gate team pressing the button which i think was red). Must think harder >_<

They're made by the player (I should reinforce that whether they are mistakes or not is highly subjective, although correcting them would imply that they were considered as such), but they aren't relevant to the plot at all.
