It could be somthing as stupid as Selphie's The End (the Wall)
is it?
No
Then My next guess is Ultimecia.

Leviathan, maybe?
A force to be reckoned with - He is one of the more powerful GF's
Held by the outcast - Drawn from Norg
Break down the wall - In his attack animation he creates a large stone wall like structure, and destroys part of it for the water to flow
A powerful attack is dealt - And then he attacks
Not sure, I was just reading these and wanted to put in my 2 cents
yes, you got it
and got all the lines perfectly as well
well done!

Cool. But I'm not good with coming up with these things. So, whoever wants to go in my stead can.
I will accomplish my Dreams.
I will become like my Idol.
No matter what it takes,
They will come true.
You surely know who he is, but who is the idol?
Note: This can also be a metaphore, although to great indications in the game that he really idols ... (that thing/person).
It can be though, I just hope you took attention to all to the most tiny details of the game.

Seifer?

It's obviously seifer, but I think he wants to know who the idol is. All I can think of Ultimecia.
FFs completed: IV,V,VI,VII,VIII,XII
Currently playing: III
DURRR!!! Silly me!
I guess it would be Edea, but that seems a bit obvious too...![]()

You got Seifer right, but it goes far deeper than just manipulated, it's 'inspired'.
I doupt anyone will get it, nor notice it.

Squall?
Because Squall is a very good warrior and Seifer wants to be as good or even better than Squall

Nope.
It is his rival, unless you count that as counterpart-idol.
It's not.
