Try and think of when individual characters may gain over others. Its your choice who makes the gain

The Vit Bonus, Mag Bonus, HP Bonus, Str Bonus, etc. abilities that GFs learn and that you can Junction to your characters so that everytime they level up, your characters get a little added boost.

nice guesses guys.... but im sorry its not right. Got nothing to do with GF's... but to make the gain you have to use an ability you equip from ANY GF.

Then is it the magic junctioning system itself? If you don't have enough of a certain magic, then it won't raise the characters' abilities much. That's all I can think of that all GFs have in common, besides Magic, GF, Draw, and Item.
