I tried not to make it too easy. If it's too hard, I'd be happy to give hints. Just figure out what this is.
Is it the card you get from the drunk at the bar in Timber?
It's been very long since I played, so I don't remember what card that is, and my reasoning might have its faults. I'm thinking the first five lines might refer to the informer in Timber, who you say a secret word too (the fourth line referring to this word, the three first referring to other alternatives possibly?). Anyway, if you say this word, s/he might tell you which drinks (line six) to give the guy to get him to move, or something like that.

Actually, you hit on a lot of answers. It does have to do with a card. Something in the first five lines does refer to Timber. The fourth line isn't about a code, though.

Yes, you're dead on. I thought that one would take a little longer to solve.
The two lines you didn't get were referring to Squall, since "squall" is another word for storm. The white fog was a reference to the white SeeD ship, where you find Zone.
Ah, nice. I think I just got lucky with this one, it was a good riddle, cryptic enough and all.

By Elnoyle room I'm guessing that's when inside Ultimecia's Castle and not by the Esthar Airstation.
No right answer so far, everybody's quite a bit off. The Elnoyle room is not anywhere in Ultimecia's castle or Esthar.
I'd say The Last Oath is closest so far, i.e. approaching it the right way.
