Horror?
Horror?
REPOST:
I am what you get from a Vysage fight
What the Geezard does from morning to night
me is what you'll find in an Elnoyle room
What the coward gets when facing his doom
“You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named 'Bush', 'Dick', and 'Colon.' Need I say more?â€
Not horror. Not too far, however, from the meaning of the correct word in some of the lines.
Petrification?
Nope.
Wrong guesses thus far: death, Exeter, death in space, death in blue cheese, AP, STATUS EFFECTS, heavy breathing, screaming, crying, silence, sleep, stare, sigh, laughter, anything overly abstract, bite, crawl, eat dirt, the ground, teabagging, MAGIC, dirtnap, disappear, creep, slide, drag, bobbing and shaking, VERBS (except for the second line), sliver, dance, victory, ozostomia, dying, experience, a pee, horror, and petrification.
Is the answer a gerund or any other type of derivative or a synonym of any of the previous guesses? Also, does the answer involve verbal irony, i.e., homophony?
The answer could be said to be another form of one of the previously guessed words, yes. The different lines does result in the same word, spelled exactly the same.
Something to do with crawling on the floor almost dead?
The answer, and the answer to one of the lines, has something to do with a kind of crawling. Death has no particular relevance to the riddle.
Sleeping? xD
Nope.![]()
Not quite sure how a form of crawling relates to all the lines.
Groveling?
Well, it's a word that has several possible meanings. Try some kind of synonym for crawl.
The word has pretty much been said already, but with the wrong ending (which is important enough to falsify it).
Creeps? With an S ending?
They're monsters in the game as well as a synonym for crawling and a feeling of foreboding.
Correct!
I am what you get from a Vysage fight -> If you'd encounter a vysage for real, the creeps is likely what you'd get.
What the Geezard does from morning to night -> The Geezard creeps.
me is what you'll find in an Elnoyle room -> Here, creeps is a descriptive word for the Elnoyles. Elnoyle room = A room full of Elnoyles = A room full of creeps.
What the coward gets when facing his doom -> Same meaning as the first line, a coward would get the creeps when his doom is coming.
And as you say, the game element referenced (and hence the answer) is the enemy Creeps.
