I am currently level 36, before I even have Penelo , but I have 2 questions...

1) What is the drop rate of the burning bow from the Dive Talon because I am thinking of getting Penelo on my team and chaining them.

2) What level should I stop power leveling at the beginning(dont tell me I am too overleveled because I dont want to hear it)
