Nope, it's still exclusive, no matter what everybody says. SE never has even mentionned a port to 360 or any other console. Everybody who says otherwise is, unfortunately for them, telling lies. A recent interview with the directors practically confirmed FF XIII as PS3 exclusive. The directors are very pleased with the PS3 so far.

Also, the PS3 logo appeared at the end of the new trailer shown in the closed mega theatre at the Square Enix Party 07 (the trailer hasnt been publicly released).
And bringing it to the PS2 would be the dumbest thing to do in my opinion. I know they originally planned to release it on the PS2 (is this what you meant Arc_Master?), but that was before knowing when the PS3 would come out. There were never any plans to bring out on PS3 AND PS2.

it's been confirmed that the 360's out of question.
Not only will there be no ports of FFXI to the 360, but Shinji Hashimoto said there are currently no plans for FFs on the 360. So this means 360 users are out of luck and those hardcore fans have to buy a PS3.
This only means that Square has no plans for any Final Fantasy games on the 360 so they'll still make other games for it.
