If I was pregnant I would do one of two things A: Kill myself. B:Alert the worlds media I'm a pregnant virgin, an tell my story repeatedly for lots of money, an then hopefully I will be worshipped for the goddess I am. If someone just gave me their baby, I'd keep it an raise it as my own.
