Damn Magicks Im Stuck!
Hey!
well heres the problem(s),
1, Im trying to learn raise, my characters have the licence but they wont left me have it at the shops,
2, where do you buy the higher lvl magicks like Firaga?
If any one can please help me on this i would be very grateful.

With raise, it's probably not been unlocked yet - in other words, you have to wait a bit longer before it appears. Where are you in the game?
