Specific Skills for each character?

I always thought that Auron was supposed to focus on Break Skills (Power Break, etc), but are there other specific Skills for each character?

Only those located in their area of the Standard Sphere Grid.

they aren't necessarily specific, as you can wander off from a persons sphere grid whenever you want (provided you have the necessary key sphere to do it) but yeh there are abilities specified to each characters section. wakka gets the dark silence and sleep attacks for example while lulu gets black magic, yuna gets white, tidus gets haste and so on.
