I have say to Yuna. She was a very strong person imo because she knew she had to die and accepted it.
Yuna is the best I think. She was willing to die to give people peace for about 10 years, that is noble.
My favorite is EIKO obviously.
But the best summoner has to be Yuna. She is the first who can kep them in battle instead of just getting them to attack and leave.

No idea who's Rydia but i definitely answer Yuna. She's my second strongest character in X.
