Vivisteiner, I'm serious. Keep off topic crap out of the thread.

I don't give a crap if it was the Pope himself, unless she had an active hand in getting released in the first place (And I don't mean feigning illness, they should be pretty damn well trained to spot that), she doesn't deserve the additional stuff surrounding "Go to jail. Actually, you can be at home for this sentence. Oh no, now you're going back to jail." if someone else has caused this.

Or rather, she might deserve it, but it's not any kind of way to run a legal system.
In all things you have a choice. She had the choice to leave, and the choice to stay. She knew what her sentence was, and she knew exactly what would happen if she violated the terms of her sentence. They make sure you understand that before they process you, and they make you sign indicating that you do understand it.

She had the choice, and she chose to violate the terms of her sentence. When you do that, you get in trouble. That's how it works, and I think that's how it should work. Now she has to serve her entire sentence for trying to get out of a measly 23 days in the lock. Just because she's stupid as well as spoiled doesn't mean she's being treated unfairly. That's just my opinion though.
