I don't give a crap if it was the Pope himself, unless she had an active hand in getting released in the first place (And I don't mean feigning illness, they should be pretty damn well trained to spot that), she doesn't deserve the additional stuff surrounding "Go to jail. Actually, you can be at home for this sentence. Oh no, now you're going back to jail." if
someone else has caused this.
Or rather, she might deserve it, but it's not any kind of way to run a legal system.
