all of these problems with the poll could have been avoided by a simple "other" option. obviously there are more than 20 different kinds of animals, and the majority of those up there are indeed popular animals, but they are also very common. what if someone loved the kookaburra for instance? they would have nowhere to turn.

that being said, I voted for penguin and all is right in the world.
