Can you create your own letters in Microsoft Word?

I was just wondering if you can create your own letters and characters in programs like Microsoft Word?

Yes, they are called font packs. You could either look at them in the C:/WINNT/Fonts folder, and you can download some really cool ones for free on some websites (easily searchable in google).

And, in the help forum this should go.

Edit: Infact, a quick search in google "creating fonts" and the first thing that comes up are a few links to tutorials on creating them.
