Something made me name Gogo 'Steve'... probably the Adlai Stevenson thing. I named him Steve and then realized that.
I named Umaro 'Homer'.
And Relm's 'Luna'. It fits due to her having the highest Magic stat so a magical-sounding name fits. Second highest Magic now, since Terra (renamed as Amanda) has a Magic stat which one point higher...
And Shadow's 'Rory', but it was weird during his dream where they called themselves The Rory Bandits. That leaves room for many strange names for Shadow... then watch the dream for things like the Loser Bandits or something...

Sabin = Champ, Shadow = Jaguar, Cyan = Guy, Gau = Zak, Terra = Anita, Strago = Kent, Relm = Ashel, Edgar = Jared, Setzer = Tommy, Locke = Danny, Celes = Hana. Those are everyone I've met on my new game so far. (Kinda plain I know! =P And like most people, I don't like tampering with the original names, however I was feeling in need of change.)
EDIT: I wish the names could be longer...
