    Nodoka from Mahou Sensei Negima BEST MANGA EVER THOUGHT OF! I woulda made one where you can't see her eyes but I couldn't find a good pic of that so i settled for this

    Light source needs to be changed Change it to near the girl! And font would be better in a different colour Also try Serif and thos type of fonts! Cursive fonts rarely do the trick
