If I master the Berserker job class, will the character who's mastered it always be berserk when they're a freelancer?

EDIT: While I'm on the topic of questions, is it possible to gain more than one job level at the end of a fight?

A freelancer will not gain automatic beserk status once mastering the beserker job class. Equip the Beserk ability you learn as a Beserker to give automatic beserk status.

Extra ability points are carried over so yeas you can learn more than one ability per character after a battle

Yea, if you kill a Magic Pot while at job lvl 0, you'll gain however many job classes you get for +100 ABP.

And thankfully mastering berserker doesn't make you always berserk.
