So after quitting and not playing for like 3 weeks, my account gets hacked.

I got an e-mail yesterday for "Lang" that my account was now merged with bnet, so I got home from Wisconsin today, get online and follow myself around while whispering my hacker while he farms ele's in borean tundra. He's getting kind of annoyed, I'm also tagging everything he targets. <3
And yeah, I've sent an e-mail and opened a ticket.

What's even better, is that's why I delete most of my things when I stop playing, I bet the guy was pretty shocked when he saw both of my 80's having like 2 peices of gear. =D

Someone on my guild got hacked too this week. The hacker leveled his mining to 450, sold all his gear and took all the gold, left his armor all red. And did /gquit to avoid getting caught by guildies.

I've bought gold for about 2 years now, ironically though, the people I buy through I'm now friends with, so I doubt they'd hack me. To the point where they tell me the best farming places, and call me by first name, even ask how I'm doing in raids and what the best money maker is. <3 Why are they my friends? Because for my husbands birthday, I bought him 200$ worth of gold, since then they're like "We offer you discount! =D!", prolly spent atleast 1000$ buying gold. > >;;

My friends and I have decided that the hacker must have been REALLY slow at doing what he does. I hadn't been on WoW or anything WoW related minus the forums (which I don't click links) since July 6th. I was able to log in until my sub was up on July 14th, and my friends say he's been on my rogue (who's now farming ele's in boren in 3 epics and some greens (MY ROGUE HAS AN INVOKER MACE LOLOLOL)) for about 4 days now, the bent merge came like 3 days ago. Appaently he farms BT on my mage, and ele's on my rogue.

I'll get it back though, I opened a ticket on my husbands account saying basically: This is my info, I'm watching myself run around killing eles, and now it's been escalated, and that they will get in contact with the original wow account owner and then the bnet owner to basically prove they're to different people.

I have to admit though, it's been fun throwing SW:Pain on everything he targets, he lets everything try to hit me but I just bubble and they die eventually from the ticks. He even tried to sprint away, but he kinda wasted that because he like ran, and then stopped, keyboard turned to figure out where he was going, and by the time that he went back running sprint had like 1 second.
Oh and he tried to stealth away from me too. And he's 51/13/7 with a sword and a caster mace.

I told him to change the hair too, 'cause I always change my hair like every two days. If he's going to pretend to be me, he might as well do it right.

Yeah, I think he's a gold seller though. Like my friends are saying, what kind of hacker hacks an account and then plays on it and farms? He should have done his research on my characters, and their lack of armor and weapons. He hasn't logged in since though, I guess it was the "You know there are like 3 tickets out there about this not being your account, you've wasted all this time regearing and farming, that sucks doesn't it" "lol *logs out*"

THIS WAS THE BEST HACKING -EVER-!

I get my account back..

I sign on and find 600g in gold and about 200g in items..

then I make sure everything on my account page is normal.

Yeah reoccuring subscript with the guys credit card.

What's he going to do, call blizz and be like "Uh, so I hacked and account and it's charging my card?"

that's when I go "OMG I had no idea! I'm soo sorry~"

Not only everything from before, But I just got an e-mail about an hour ago~

Yeah I log on and they've restored everything he farmed, sold, and the money he made!

1600g, like 60 eternal fires, 40 eternal waters, lots of various other things I can sell.

My priest had about 300g before the hacking. She's now rocking 2800g~ after the hacking! =D

Totally. As bad as it sounds this really was the best hacking ever...

Come to find out, I'm apparently a massively great healer, and I never knew it. Topping the healing meters, and being the lowest on over healing, and I still have shadow gear on. So I don't really mind at all that my rogue and mage are unplayable. All the money went to my priest, it's pretty spiffy. <3
