Cookie's Stirring Rod is generally considered to be the best wand at that point in the game. Gravestone Scepter from Shadowfang Keep is the next upgrade after that.

the DPS is nice but i'd prefer if it also increased my stats - I spend most my time healing in Instances so +Int +Stam are nice.

Nah, All my higher levels (basically my 40, 30, and 29 with all maxed out rest. u u; ) are all on Demon Soul.

I'm debating on starting a new one or just getting the 30 and 29 to 40.

BE leveling up angers me. xD I always end up ditching that place at lvl 10 then running of to Duro to do all the troll quests, then later on coming back and smashing all the quests in ghostlands.

I also made a Paladin on Draka. Israfel's a high roller.

What are you talking about! On average I work 35 hours a week! That should be ample time to horde levels on WoW. It's not my fault you like talking and interacting with people.
