    Default WoW: Best Loots

    Where: Dead Mines
    MOB: Captain GreenSking
    What: Emberstone Staff [Blue]
    Character: Amygdala

This was an amazing loot for me, my group let me have the staff because I was the only magic user and the stats are probably the best for the current level I'm in.

    +5 Spirit
    +5 Stamina
    +8 Intellect
    47 - 71 DMG (spd 3.00)
    (19.7 dmg/sec)

Another good by less awesome loot that happened that same Instance was

    Where: Dead Mines
    MOB: Edwin VanCleef
    What: Corsair's Overshirt [Blue]
    Character: Amygdala

    +5 Spirit
    +11 Stamina
    42 Armor

    Boldly go.

Scarlet Monastery has great drops that can last you mostly all of your 40's.

    Definetly!

Can't think of any at the moment that don't involve Wirt's leg.

The Seal of Wrynn is a good "free" ring to have. It is an award for a very long (12 part) quest chain beginning with a drop from Edwin VanCleef in Deadmines (The Unsent Letter).

The Feline Mantle, Robes of Arugal and Belt of Arugal are also pretty good items to pair up with the Seal of Wrynn. Also, I tend to prefer Odo's Ley Staff over the Emberstone Staff as I have an abundence of mana at that point and could use some more spirit. This is especially useful on a priest. These all come from the Shadowfang Keep instance, which is an incredibly fun instance located in Silverpine Forest.

Well my flatmate ran ZF constantly for about two weeks trying to get Zum'Rah's Vexing Cane. It dropped once, on her first run and she lost the need roll.

I casually ran ZF a few times myself and won it off a greed roll twice :P Too bad it's BoP. At least she got from 40 to 50 without doing all too much.

    I never got those goddamn robes on Eserikto. ;_;

So far, probably the best drop I've acquired for my character.

Got a Ring of Underwood during Mara a while back.

That damn mask in ZF would never drop for me.

God.. I remember when we -attempted- dead mines.

We were hanging out with a bunch of allies being all "look everyone we're dancing with each other! =D" and then like someone started dueling for fun, everyone was still cool, so we decide that we wanna go in, we port over one of our party peoples and she's all "OMG ALLIES! *attacks*"

Needless to say, we never got in, we just got killed... multiple times.
    IT WAS HORRIBLE!

As for me, I don't play anymore but the only thing that rings my bells was when I got the Face Smasher in SFK. Mostly because I was talking about smashing faces with my mace a couple of days before and had no idea that there was a rare weapon called the face smasher, then I SFK for the first time and one of the Sons of Argul (sp) dropped it and I was exstatic. Used it for a good while too. n n!

If you're on while I'm on today I'll take you through it with a Group.
I'm up to a lvl 24 Priest now.

That item was dropped yesterday while I went on that Instance again. This time I got:

    <color="blue">Cookie's Stirring Rod</color>
    22.3 DPS

It's not awesome but the DPS was 10 pts higher than my last.

    Boldly go.

Cookie's Stirring Rod is generally considered to be the best wand at that point in the game. Gravestone Scepter from Shadowfang Keep is the next upgrade after that.
