Mr. 33 cm and Lightning's Relationship

Mr. 33cm is just a young man with big feet and a large body. He is Lightning's opposite and often takes steroids to make his body even larger.

Mr.33cm doesn't look too big from the scans but the way they describe him makes him seem like a hulk.

Isn't he Lightning's bodyguard?
