Marvin Gaye's version was amazing, but this one is filled with a bunch of celebs. The best parts were Christina Aguilera, Monica, Nas and Eve.
The second one is a somewhat different, because different people have solos. Not as good as the first one in my opinion...it has Britney Spears and Fred Durst.
