Well, if it was normal Naruto, before the time jump, using the Rasengan I would go with Ban. If Naruto is using the Kyubi chakra then Naruto. And if Naruto was using his new Wind Shuriken Rasengan technique then Naruto wins hands down... though he may lose his arm in the battle
