Eventually a clever entrepreneur with the talent and money to develop an automatic feeding system for said puppies and kittens would challenge the power of our great Overlord and succeed in assuming the dictatorial position. This new ruler of <s>Gaia</s> Earth would then vow never to let another puppy and kitten go hungry. Of course being a man of the State he would lie and the cycle would begin anew once more.

No, there wouldn't be. I am taking a degree in economics. I've spent the last goddamned year studying inflation and unemployment (and the tradeoff therein) as well as the causes and the solutions to them. I can smurfing handle that in my sleep and I hate myself for it.
