Tripple Traid Charcter cards (Spoilers, I guess)

I was just wondering whether all the character cards made sense with who had them first? I have worked out most but not all, help wanted. If you have better reasons for the ones I've done feel free to say.

I think the mayor's wife in FH has Irvine's...I'm not sure...

Irvine's and Kiros's were both created during the Queen of Cards side quest, and were just given to random people. Brand new cards, newly circulated.

(SPOILER)Cid ran Garden, and was married to Edea, the Matron of the orphanage. Probably the closest thing Seifer ever had to a father.

And Ward was an adviser to the president of Esthar. Probably the important people of Esthar all play together on weekends or something and Ward lost his card to Dr. Odine.

I dunno, I kinda like the 'Irvine has ties to Mayor and Flo Dobe' idea. It's cute I guess.

Was Dobe from Esthar or Galbadia? I forget

Dobe is originally from Esthar.

Martine, who ran the Galbadian Garden that Irvine was at, confiscated all of the card in the Garden.
Then he lost the Garden, ended up in FH and lost the cards there.

There, you see, it was simple wasn't it?
And it makes perfect sence.

Except that he was kicked out before the Irvine card was made.

What do you mean he was kicked out before?
You get the Minimog from Balamb Garden.
Loose it to the card queen before your first mission.
She goes to Deling City.
You go and Fight the Brothers due to the Training Exercise Rinoa's Father General Caraway told you.
Get back to town, loose the Sacred card there and when you arrive at FH it will be there.
And you Garden Master Martine didn't loose his post yet.



There's also another theory that consist of Irvine's Manly Charm.
And another about Ward running after Odin for too long. (There's a hole in my pocket) (Oh no!) Ward loose the Ward card.
No? meh, they ran out of characters, I guess.
