is it possible to get the raining season back after you've past that part of the game? i've got back to playing the game after a long lay off and i want to do all the hunts and what not but i see some of them are just for the rainy season. can someone tell me what i have to do to do these or am i just sol?

Yes every hour or so it changes from rain to dry and then back to rain
