I'd turn at least one of your characters (preferably your Sage, if you are using a Magus) into a Devout for more focused Healing. Or like Void said, changing your Magus to a Summoner for global offensive spells.

I wouldn't worry about levels since you'll gain plenty of them going through the final dungeons.
