The site owner Mr C. buys it he'll buy a PS3 for the right region for where you live ect and then I suppose he asks for your mailing address and sends it via courrier somehow seeing as our member base is REALLY all over the world I doubt he'll fly over to hand it to us personally...

I get disqualified for crappy spammy posts? Not that it really matters because I am sure 500 of my near 6000 active posts are no spam...then there are all of those pruned posts from the past. Did I ever hit the 10000 post mark just out of curiosity.
