Being killed, or rather having all characters petrified, by a random enemy on the world map.
Just the fact that the only main character that dies in this game has some of the most brilliant limit breaks. I mean, c'mon! That's not fair!
Not being able to get counter or sneak attack materia from my winning chocobo ticket. You're pushing me, baby!

Yeah, this one. I sometimes never get Magic Counter which is why I aim to play the PC version as much as possible: There's a free Magic Counter Materia in the North Cave ^^
