My favourite Cid has to be Highwind from FFVII. A smoking, cursing, ass-kicking, playable Cid! Closely followed by FFIX froggy/Oglop Cid, the source of many a laugh.

Cid Kramer of FFVIII strikes me as having all good intentions, but being very cowardly and piling everything on Squall at such an inconvenient time; not being there when Squall needed him, continuing to prove Squall's supposition that he would always be on his own, right. I made him a right baddie in one of my fancfics, then promptly killed him off!
