The easiest way to find out is to have a character's Limit Break ready, cast Mini on them, use Sense on an enemy and see how much damage it does. Each individual hit will strike for 1 damage, so the total damage dealt is the number of individual hits. Score, baby!

From this I was able to discern that Ungarmax and Highwind hit for 22 times each so don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise, okay? Actually now that I think about it I can't really remember. Crap.
