Unfortunately the Japanese creators made them have their US DVDs the exact same way as the Japanese DVDs. The Japanese DVDs are in 'Correct' order as well. It was part of their contract.

However, the US Special Editions (starting with #2) have an extra DVD, subs only, with the TV broadcast order. Bandai proudly points out that this DVD arrangement doesn't exist anywhere else in the world.
