namecheap.com para domain + asmallorange.com para space.

or if your needs are simpler than mine and you don't mind foreign tech support who don't have a clue what you're wanting, hostexcellence.com is cheaper.

I always used namecheap for registration <3 They're great. As for hosting, hmm~ neither of those really draw me in so I'll wait for more suggestions and try to think of a good name to register n_n
