Default It is, how you say. . . [9]

    Let's play a game.

For this game, you may not resort to dictionaries or encyclopedias, or any kind of authority on any subject. All you are allowed to use is your mind and what you alread know.

The game is simple. I will post a word in this first post, and you will reply with your definition of that word! Now, don't go and read everyone else's because you're lazy or you don't know it, that's not the point of the game.

The point of the game is not to correctly define the word, but see how much a word's definition will be different between different people. I won't give whether it's a verb or noun or what it is. Part of this is seeing what definition springs to your mind first, if you know multiple ones.

So we'll start with an easy one

Are we sposed to tag it so nobody else can see it? Well, I enjoy spoiler tags because it's like a surprise gift in your post! So I shall use them anyway coz Imma rebel >;0

(SPOILER)A tameable canine often used as pets or within certain jobs such as the Police. One the smarter animals, dogs can be trained in a number of ways.

Oh god, mine is so hokey and awful! Making up a definition from scratch is so much harder than you'd think. I feel bad for Webster and the team of orphans that wrote the dictionary.

A dog is a canine mammal and a quadruped. They have been domesticated by humans over time and are often described as being "man's best friend." Dogs have been bred for different purposes over the years, and the smallest recorded dog could fully grown fit into a plastic beaker, whilst the larger dogs can place their paws on a persons shoulders. Whilst the variety of dogs and breeds of dogs are monumental, every dog has on average a 2% genetic difference from a wolf.

Canis is a genus in the family Carnivora. Its species are usually intelligent quadrupedal carnivores. Some are social (Canis Lupis, some are not (whatever the coyote is). Canis Familiaris is a species that has been domesticated by humans to serve as companions or workers.

Furry, four legged animals, usually domesticated, who generally fall between being very intelligent and sweet or being very dumb and sweet. Normally very friendly unless you're a dick to them, in which case you really have it coming to you.
