How do you shuffle a deck of cards?
What's your favourite method?
Anyone capable of one-handed shuffling?
Any other interesting related stuff, please share

...Geddit?
i can cut the deck one-handed but i don't know what you mean by one handed shuffle.
i also don't know what 'hindu' and 'faro' are.
Riffle, apparently. I don't know what the other ones are, they aren't explained well enough in Wikipedia and I'm too lazy to go to Youtube.
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
I can shuffle cards like you normally would -- like how the dealers do in poker tables at casinos (at least the ones I've been to). But I don't know any of the terms so I can't be more specific.
now i can do them all the faro is the hardest but after like two mins practice its not so bad
I can do a overhand but still screw up most of the time.
Thanks Polaris for the Awesome Avy and Sig!

I overhand, riffle, and faro. The amount of randomization for each one is different, but using them all together is the best way to ensure against rigging.
EDIT: Besides automatic shufflers.

I can only Hindu shuffle. Kind of.
i do the one that ends with the bridge. i'm much too lazy to look these up.
i can cut the deck one-handed two different ways though. you'll hafta see it.
One handed shuffling is really difficult to learn. I think I shuffle overhand.
Alternating overhand and riffle works best for me. I'm doing more overhand these days because I broke my wrist and can't do the bridge, so if I riffle too much my cards will get bent up
What are hindu and faro?
Overhand mostly, Riffle if I'm showing off (including the finishing cascade thing).
I tend to switch between Riffle, Overhand and Faro shuffling.
There is no signature here. Move along.
I am interested in card cheating and conjuring and I consider myself fairly well-versed in all techniques, except faro, which I haven't really studied.
I can barely one hand riffle shuffle but it looks like crap
Rifle and Faro are similar and same with overhand and hindu. I can do them all but I prefer Rifle and Overhand. It is what I grew up doing so I am more comfortable with them. I like to air rifle and bridge. The noise is fun
I am not great at the Faro because I don't care about perfection. I prefer the more randomization of inaccuracy and blah blah blah. I don't attempt perfection and stuff when playing cards.
