Itachi uses Tsukuyomi. Cloud sees Aerith killed by Sephiroth repetedly for 72 hours. Cloud cannot move. Itachi attacks Cloud. Cloud dies.

Itachi. Cloud's attacks are alright for the world of FFVII but in Naruto I'd say Cloud is on par with Lee
