How long have you played a game in one go?
I don't say "one sitting", because I'm talking about those times when you take short breaks of like 15 minutes and then go on.
I heard of someone that played almost 48 hours without turning the game off.
That sounds sick.
Personally I've only mananged 10 hours, and at that point I feel restless and want to do something else for a while; I feel uncomfortable if I play a lot without resting.
Me about 5hrs if have something really good to do on the game.

I have played Diablo II for a full day closer to when it first came out. Ah, well, who need sleep.
Probably around 15 hours.
Around twelve hours I think. Possibly even up to fifteen.
Ten at most. From about 9am-7pm. That was ages ago

I think when I played Oblivion for the first time, I played it for about 10 hours straight--only using the bathroom once and not eating. I played that game for all of 2 weeks, then cut myself off from it so I could move on with life. That game is dangerous. It's like an MMO, but without the lag and random idiots typing 'n00b'.
12.6 hours with the latest harry potter game.

Noone would believe me so I'll say my secon best time. I would say about 20-23 hours. Summertime FFX just got in and wouldn't leave. I would turn it off and then back on cuz I felt like I needed it

When I was a kid, we used to rent games. We didn't have much money so when we got the game home, it was like, "Let's play the living crap out of this before we have to take it back!" Back then, it was all day long for 3 days with little 4 hour sleep sessions at night.
Other than that, I'd guess about 16ish hours on FFXI.
It was probably FFX leveling up or something. I never got bored of that game.
EOFF needs a resurgence to it's former glory.
Getting Beelzemon's (Me) and Gallantmon's (Friend) ultimate weapon in Digimon World 4. If you don't know what that means, you have to play through the entire game in one setting on hard difficulty and only the first player character get the weapon. The game takes about 7 hours and we did it twice.
A little more than 15 hours, when I decided to finish Skies of Arcadia. And I had played about 9 hours the previous day, but I did get some sleep in between

In all seriousness, about 17 hours
In one sitting? Six hours, DotA. With taking periodic five-minute hygenine breaks and food, but still generally at the desk or playing, near 72 hours. I play hardcore geek-gasm.
