As the title says, post a picture of you as a child and then one of you as you are now (preferably a picture taken in the last 6 months) Are you surprised by what you grew to become?

I'm personally very surprised I mean for one I was so round faced, innocent looking and so very very distinctly blonde and even before I dyed my hair black (if you look in the eoff photo album for the birmingham maps meetup or this years you'll notice I'm very distinctly dark brown haired now) I was probably in kindergarden (for the yanks, nursery school for us brits) or just a year above that in what us brits call "reception" when the childhood photo was made.

I don't exactly know how old I was when the first picture was taken - maybe 4-6 years old or something like that. I don't really know if I'm surprised by how I've developed, so to speak, over the years - although it was physically impossible for me to carry a straight smile when I was little, but that has luckily changed since then.

tbh, I'm more worried about that mattress.

I don't have any pictures of myself as a child. I am not kidding when I say that five pictures of me from that time period still exist in this world. They will be burned soon.

I can tell you that even if I did have them, I would not post them here. That would take away the mystery and all of your girlfriends. >:O
