(SPOILER)The five chocobos are Yellow, Gold, Red, Dark Blue, and Light Blue. You receive them with the Mist Ocean, Dawn Lagoon, Green Plains, and Healing Shore chocographs, respectevely. However, the Classic Yellow Chocobo is, of course, the default one.
