I love potatoes. I've never met a TUBER so beautiful, so consumable in almost all its forms (everything except raw).

I love eating my potatoes fried or MASHED. MASH IS THE MOST AMAZING THING IN THE WORLD.

Hash browns, and instant flakes
Baked or boiled or french fried

I have never had potatoes in any other style except mashed and as fries. I don't care much for mashed potatoes, I mix it with corn when I have to eat it.

Potatoes are one of God's true miracle foods. I love them every possible way. I also make fabulous mashed potatoes.
