(SPOILER)In PAL, Anima's Oblivion hits the most (16 times methinks), but in NTSC it only hits twice, giving Mindy's Passado the greater number of hits (though I can't remember how many).

Yes, GB seems to be relying on our integrity to not just copy and paste the aboove person's answer, which seems utterly ridiculous, but I'm not complaining.
