None of the Above. It is stated that he is in his fiftieth year of being Grand Maester. Out of the avaiable ages, the most likely means he became Grand Maester at the age of twenty which seems ridiculously young for such a high position.
As an aside, it is however mentioned in the FFX ultimania guides that Mika is 99 years old.
