I'm surprised there isn't a thread about this movie yet.
I saw it a couple hours ago. It was freaking awesome. Other opinions?

How can you have seen it!? The previews said it comes out August 17.
EDIT: >_> nevermind. my plans for the weekend have changed
Just saw it, and the fight scenes were crazy.
I saw it tonight also, and I liked it just as much as the other two. I thought that I was going to be completely confused because it's been years since I've seen the other two, but it filled in the gaps nicely. Fun movie, though I'm not a real big fan of the shaking cameras.
Naturally. My friends always raved about when Bourne owns the other Treadstone agent in the second movie using a rolled up newspaper. That's got nothing on a spoiler?book and a wet rag, though.
This movie also had the best car chase scene by far.
I saw it. It was eh ok. The shake of the camera started to get to me. But it you're going for the action scenes its FULL of them.
This movie was very well done. My favorite was the twist tied to the end of the second movie.
I haven't seen it yet, but I just want to say, I really really like Matt Damon.

Anyways, I don't generally like Matt Damon, but he is really good in the Bourne movies and I can not wait to see the new one.
"... and so I close, realizing that perhaps the ending has not yet been written."
I saw the movie. Totally awesome and wraps it up in a nice little package. The whole shaky camera thing doesn't bother me because I don't notice it is shaking unless it is really bad. I can also forgive the shaky camera in this movie because they shoot most everything on site and with this globe trotting adventure and a schedule to stick to they don't always have the time to set everything up for still cameras when moving around all of these corridors and cities from around the world. Not to mention shooting at Waterloo Trainstation which is usually extreamly busy. You have to shoot while people are going about their lives. Not easy to get set cameras with these types of conditions.
Okay, the movie was great. Lots of action and such, however it seemed like a lot of filler to me. The 2nd movie ends with him spying on the FBI lady through the window in NYC and as the preview states "Bourne has come home".
They replay the exact scene about and hour and a half into the new movie. Just seemed like everything that took place before this point was just added crap. Anyone who read Ludlum's books knows that these movies don't follow the story lines at all and the characters are only loosely based on the originals, but this movie (story-wise) was seriously lacking.
All this aside, I coughed up my $7 for the matinee and will definitely be buying the DVD.
You've got red on you
Good movie, nice adaption. I hope they don't make a 4th and 5th, which they did do with the books (not Authored by Ludlum thank God)
MATT DAMON!
It was good.
