I'm going to go ahead and disallow Kira as Yagami Light is the commentator and it wouldn't be a fun battle for me to write (either Light succeeds in writing the name, the enemy kills him beforehand, or both for the double-KO).
Azure Flame Kite and Azure Balmung (as well as Azure Orca) are ineligible as villains because (SPOILER)both characters eventually join your party and were created by Aura essentially in order to debug. They aren't villains in any sense of the word.
