Ryoko can exert control over the data of the area in which she is fighting, bending it to her will. The longer she remains in an area, the more her domain expands, allowing her to control objects and even people within it. Her physical capabilities are also much enhanced.

Essentially, she's not as strong as Nagato Yuki, but her abilities are in the same vein.
