Moments later Spartan is arrested for "violating" Huxley.

Twisted space swirled around Kuja and Darth Traya as they faced off, power crackling around them.
Before Light could even give a signal, the two shot forward, flying through the distorted air as if it were nothing.
Flames wreathed Kuja as he hurled them in vicious bolts towards Darth Traya.
Calmly, Traya raised her hand and a barrier of almost visible telekinetic force halted the flames in their tracks.
Kuja gestured contemptuously and the bolts of flame exploded as he flew down and gathered lightning around his hands.
Traya threw back her cloak and three lightsabers flew forth, their blades springing to life as they quickly encircled Kuja and darting towards him, going for a quick and lethal blow.
Kuja extended his hands and unleashed a vicious blast of lightning that started from his center and quickly spread outward. The light sabers that hung telekinetically suspended in the air crackled for a moment, before exploding.
As the lightning extended, it suddenly stopped as a powerful force began pressing it in. Kuja's eyes narrowed in concentration, but before he could do anything the very lightning he had unleashed quickly recoiled upon him.
Kuja screamed in sudden pain as it enveloped him, his body twitching spasmodically as it ran its course and dispersed.
Traya quickly drew another lightsaber from her belt and threw it. The blade extended as it flew unerringly towards Kuja who, still grimacing in pain, managed to move in the air and turn aside a blow intended for his heart. The lightsaber passed through his chest, just above his lung, and moved entirely through his body, emerging on the other side of a now perfectly-round hole.
Kuja's shoulders slumped as Traya released two more lightsabers and brought the one that had perforated Kuja's body back around for another pass. Before she could strike again, Kuja raised his head.
His eyes were now completely white and glowing with fierce energy. As the lightsabers turned on him, white energy exploded forth from his body, causing Traya to quickly move back out of the blast range.
When the energy dispersed, the lightsabers were nowhere to be seen and Kuja was floating in the air looking much different than he had before. His hair was now red, as were his clothing, and he was wreathed in a visible aura of power.
"Ultima." he hissed, his eyes glowing with power.
Dark energy began to gather around Kuja, before expanding outward at an alarming rate. Crackling with power, it quickly enveloped Traya, who had begun flying away as fast as she could to avoid certain annihilation. She wasn't fast enough.
The dark energy surged outward, before exploding in a brilliant display of magic. After it cleared, Kuja was seen slowly floating downward, his hair and clothing returning to their natural color. Traya was nowhere to be seen.
"Kuja is the winner," Light said.
