There are a number of songs by Prince that could classify for being the funniest songs in the world. There are so many hilarious songs I've heard of his though, I couldn't list them all. An the combine harvester song by the Wurzels is very funny.

Bill Bailey is hilarious. Zappa's humorous works are also very funny esp. "Bobby Brown Goes Down", "Dinah Mo Hum" and all of "Joe's Garage" think for me though the funniest is a Wild Willy Barret track where he saws through his guitar while playing it. (Sorry can't remember the name of the track, i'll edit this when i go round my mates and get him to put it on)

Wierd Al Yankovitch (however its spelt) and his various covers of different songs! they all make me laugh! like homage paradise (parody of gangsters paradise!), and white and nerdy (parody of riding dirty by chamillionaire!) make me giggle everytime!
