I can't believe you actually believed that FFXIII (13) was 13% completed and FFXIII V (13) was 1.3 %.
Can't you see that was a joke?
They actually say it on their own site!
It's going to be released in 2007, but may get delayed in late March for the N/A release.

I haven't believed anything you have said, what are you on about? And there you go again, stating a fact which has no proof; that it will be released in 2007.

So, if they worked on it since 2006, it's got to be ready sometime soon.
