Wii System Update
I'm currently doing a Wii System update. Everything was going well and thought this update was going to be done quickly, but the update just stopped halfway. It hasn't moved from that same spot for 1/2 hour. And it says that I shouldn't turn the power off while updating. What should I do?
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"

I don't have a Wii, but I'd say leave it for another hour. Perhaps it's still updating, it just looks like it's frozen.
EDIT: Okay, I did some Googling. Apparently, the best thing to do is to just... unplug it. If it's still downloading the updates, it'd be safe to turn it off, because it hasn't started modifying the system code just yet.
Like I said, though, I don't have a Wii, so I don't know if it'll mess up yours or not. Sorry.

I'd imagine that if it does brick it, Nintendo would do something about it.
