That is my all time favorite game of all time and I've been playing games since the days of PONG back in the 70's.
I cannot even count the number of hours and days I spent playing that game. Maybe even months!
Holy crap I forgot I made this thread. Nice to see that I'm not the only one who hasn't advanced beyond Civ2 yet.
After reading this thread I got the old CIV II urge and started playing again and boy it's hard to stop.
Alpha Centauri is not something to leave for Civilization II, III, IV, or anything else for that matter.
